Mexican Toys Hand-Painted Toy-Themed Ceramic Sculpture from Mexico
Javier Ramirez celebrates the variety of Mexican toys with this ‘tree of life’ sculpture. In the center, a young girl in traditional clothing is surrounded by figurines depicting flowers and birds alongside piñatas, spinning tops, dice, and yo-yos, among other toys. Each piece is diligently crafted from ceramic and painted by hand, assembled by steel wire.
