Natural Vibration Peruvian Handmade Heart Pendant Necklace with Reclaimed Wood
Peru’s Antuane and Santos create a wood pendant necklace that is effortlessly beautiful. They craft an outline in hualtaco wood and give it a heart shape; the pendant is suspended from cotton cord, and the necklace closes with an aluminum s-hook clasp. However, the utter simplicity of the accessory’s design belies the complex issue behind the pendant’s creation. Motivated by their concern for the environment, the artisan duo use reclaimed wood for their products. ‘Our philosophy is to try to get people to think about taking care of the planet through our accessories,’ they state. ‘We speak through them, starting with gathering the wood we recycle for our pieces.’
