Lingering Turtle Unique Ceramic Teapot
Stretching his long neck, a turtle ventures from the safety of his shell to join the family at teatime. The curious terrapin becomes a handsome teapot, crafted by hand. Bali’s exotic flora and fauna play an important role in this original design by Putu Oka Mahendra. Glazed in a cool green inspired by the rain forest, the piece is high-fired for eight hours, resulting in a hard, glossy finish. It makes an enchanting housewarming gift.
