Luna Needs Support to Get Back on Her Feet
Luna was rescued from the scene of an accident by a passerby who spotted the injured cat. This sweet girl was gravely injured, with a large open wound and damage to her spine. She had lost mobility in her hind legs and tail.
At the veterinary hospital, Luna was given fluids and antibiotics while doctors determined her best course of treatment. She was eventually fitted for a stabilizing brace to correct her spine, and received assistance with eliminating until she regained some of the mobility in her lower half.
Luna’s condition has improved and she can stand on her own, but she needs assistance to walk and often loses balance. She’ll need physiotherapy and electrotherapy to help her with muscle contraction and prevent atrophy. With intensive treatment and care, this adorable cat can recover fully, but she needs your support to get there. Will you help Luna walk on her own again?
Luna needs your love as she heals from nearly fatal spinal injury!
You can help Luna get the care and treatment she needs to heal. Your gift will not only give her the hope to keep fighting, but your donations will help cover her ongoing care.
Help us meet our goal of $5,000 for Luna and pets like her.Â
