Baba Thinking Abstract Wood Sculpture of Man Thinking from Ghana
Deep in thought, a man sits, his head in his hand. The expressive world-weary abstract figure is designed by Ghana’s Theophilus Anum. Artisans carve the sculpture by hand from sese wood and add a colorful cap of recycled glass beads. Baba is a Hausa word meaning ‘father’.
