Civilians Targeted! Help Homeless Victims Rebuild From Ruthless Missile Strikes
URGENT: ON JULY 8, RUSSIA STRUCK A CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL AND OTHER CIVILIAN TARGETS
Help us repair infrastructure for displaced people and pets after senseless attacks!
As the war in Ukraine continues, Russia’s attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure have become more brazen and vicious – going so far as to bomb a children’s hospital well beyond the front lines in the capital of Kyiv, killing dozens. This on top of the already catastrophic damage that has left entire towns and villages uninhabitable and thousands of families displaced from their homes.Â
With the help of donations and assistance from various foundations, we’re helping to rebuild. GreaterGood and Greater Good Charities are teaming up with Insulate Ukraine to provide over 1,200 windows for homes, schools, and other public buildings.
You can help. As we work to rebuild after these deadly attacks, Ukraine needs all the support they can get to provide safe and stable shelter for as many people and pets as possible. Will you help these displaced families seeking shelter rebuild? Please give now.
Updates from the field:Â
July 2024:Â Air strikes in the Dnipropetrovsk region killed 11 people and wounded 68
as many sites across Ukraine were hit in early July. One of the sites that suffered serious damage was the University Hospital at Dnipropetrovsk State Medical University in Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. To help, GreaterGood and Greater Good Charities supported Insulate Ukraine’s work installing more than 500 windows at the hospital.
Around the same time, we helped Insulate Ukraine as it repaired windows in residential buildings in Izyum and Nikopol. Nikopol is close to the action and often shelled multiple times a day. The families helped say the new windows let in plenty of light, while also protecting them against drafts.Â
