Claudio Ojeda transforms copal wood into charming heart ornaments. Painted by hand, the set of four takes on different combinations of pink and fuchsia. The artisan works in the style of Oaxaca’s traditional alebrijes, which depict fanciful animals. He signs with the initials TC — Teresita for his mother who taught him his art, and C for himself.
