Funded: Baby Owls Need Help Spreading Their Wings
Update: The baby birds are recovering and will soon be ready to return to the wild. Thank you so much for your support!Â
These baby owls were alone, helpless, and overheating when they were rescued during a heat wave. They were rushed to ANIMA – Hellenic Wildlife Care Association in Greece to save their lives.
Caring for baby raptors is a tall task because, unlike the strong, powerful adults we know them as, they’re entirely dependent upon the care of their parents or a rescue until they grow. Though they require significant care, the association’s staff are well-equipped for the task at hand, which involves healthy food, nutrients, and ensuring these young birds master the skills needed for safe release back into the wild. This involves specialized cages, which ANIMA does not have quite enough of.
You can help these owls grow into the glorious birds of prey they’re meant to be by supporting their care and rehabilitation. Will you help them blossom and become strong?
Help baby owls grow and fly free!
You can help these owls get the care they need for safe release into the wild. Your gift will not only give them the safe upbringing they need, but your donations will help cover their ongoing care until they’re up in the skies again.
