Funded: Devastating Illness May Take Panda’s Life – Help Him Recover!
Panda is a sweet senior cat who was living in a stray colony. A kind local couple fed and cared for Panda until they eventually contacted a shelter for help, hoping to give this deserving cat a better life.
Having lived as a stray for many years, Panda has many health issues, all compounded by his weakened immune system due to FIV. Various symptoms including lack of appetite, mouth inflammation and bloody stools prompted all kinds of tests, which revealed a blood parasite. While Panda is treated for this, his caretakers are waiting to learn if the mass in his intestines is cancerous.
Panda needs your help. With further treatment, he’ll have the chance to heal and live a normal life, but his treatments could take several months. Will you help Panda and other terribly sick cats receive medical care?
Help Panda recover from major illness!
Panda is just one of the many pets we’re helping, but we can’t cover his ongoing care without your support. Help us meet our goal of $4,000 for Panda and pets like him. Any funds raised over the goal amount will go to Greater Good Charities’ lifesaving programs.
