Funded: Give Zara the Chance to Walk Again
Zara is one of many animals who have been displaced and separated from loved ones since the start of the war in Ukraine. Locals found her alone and rescued her from the suburbs of Kharkiv.
Poor Zara’s front limbs had been severed and healed incorrectly due to lack of medical attention. This injury also caused her to dislocate both hind knee joints. Zara needs multiple surgeries to correct the damage, then, with prosthetics she’ll have the chance to walk again.
While Zara is on the road to recovery and regaining her strength, she isn’t done healing yet and needs your help to cover her ongoing treatment.Â
