Funded: Help Litter of Puppies Recover From Life-Threatening Parvo
This group of puppies were brought in as strays to a shelter in Fort Myers, Florida. Unfortunately, shortly after arriving to the shelter, many of the poor puppies tested positive for Canine Parvovirus. When left untreated, nearly 90 percent of dogs die from complications related to parvo. These puppies’ only hope was getting medical treatment for their illness.
They were immediately rushed to a local emergency medical hospital to stabilize them before they could return to the shelter’s rehabilitation unit. These puppies will need IV therapy to replenish their fluids as well as antibiotics to prevent other infection. As soon as the puppies are finished with treatment and test negative, they will be healthy and pain-free while they wait to find their new home.
Help puppies recover from parvo!
You can help these sweet puppies begin their treatment. Your support will not only give them the hope to keep fighting, but your donations will help cover the ongoing care they will need.
Help us meet our goal of $5,000 to care for these babies. Funds raised over the goal amount will go to supporting Greater Good Charities’ life-saving programs.
