Project Peril: Help Save the Small-Clawed Otter
The small-clawed otter is under threat. Will you help us save them before it’s too late?
The small-clawed otter faces imminent threat due to rampant deforestation, habitat depletion, poaching, and dwindling food sources.  Â
The small-clawed otter is the smallest of all otter species and is known for its familial bond, but these clever and playful mammals are in danger. Their homes are being threatened due to the destruction of wetland habitats. Pollution, pesticide use, and overfishing have also severely reduced this otter’s food supply, and the playful creatures who remain face the risk of poaching for their prized pelt or meat. Â
We need your help NOW to intervene before we lose this animal for good. Your donations can help provide food for threatened species like the small-clawed otter.Â
