Named Patron Saint of the Americas by Pope John Paul II, the Virgin of Guadalupe stands on the moon and her cloak holds the stars. She first appeared in Mexico in 1531 and, as proof, caused roses to bloom at the site. Rocio Pindter crafts a charming wall plaque from tin repoussé, crafted and painted by hand. Alternately, the image can be replaced with a favorite 3 by 4 inch photograph and displayed on a shelf or tabletop.
