URGENT: Pet Food Drive for Shelters Affected by Helene and Milton
Greater Good Charities and the Animal Rescue Site are providing nutritious pet food to shelter pets affected by Helene and stand ready to help pets in Hurricane Milton’s path.
Donate now to help feed 2 million meals to pets in need.
The aftermath of Hurricane Helene left a trail of devastation across the Southeast, flooding animal shelters and knocking out their electricity and water for days. They are struggling to care for the influx of lost and displaced pets arriving daily.Â
Now, already overwhelmed shelters are assessing damage from Hurricane Milton, which slammed Florida’s west coast as a Category 3 storm. The back-to-back storms caused even more damage, and shelter pets need our help now.
Greater Good Charities was on the ground well before Helene hit, establishing a vital distribution network to deliver food to shelters who need it. However, the need for pet food is still so great and there’s more work to be done – but we can’t do it without your help!
Help reach our goal of 2 million meals for pets affected by Helene and Milton. Make an immediate donation to ensure that these vulnerable pets receive the food they desperately need. Rush support now to feed them!
